Dear Customer,
This model does not have a dedicated reset button, but you can try the method mentioned like a normal Bluetooth speaker, hopefully the problem will be solved.
1. Go to Bluetooth settings from phone/PC and forget "Marvo SG-269" this device (from all paired devices).
2. Power off/on the speaker (USB unplug 10-15 sec, plug back)—sometimes it automatically enters Bluetooth pairing mode (LED fast blink or voice prompt).
3. If it does not: Long press the Mode/Bluetooth button (which is on the touch panel) for 5-10 seconds—you will hear a beep + LED will blink fast (pairing mode entered). This clears all previous pairings.
Scan and pair from the new device.
